Greeters

Greeters provide an important service by setting a welcoming tone for our parish.

Servers

Altar Servers assist the priest at Mass.

At special celebrations, altar servers assist with special rites.

Ushers

Ushers escort parishioners and guests, receive offerings, and help maintain order and safety.

Extraordinary Ministers

The role of Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion seems simple enough: to distribute the Body and Blood of Christ to the faithful (GIRM, 98).

In reality, the role is to draw faith from the people of God and to become more like the Body and Blood of Christ.

Lectors

The role of Lectors is to make the Liturgy of the Word as meaningful as possible by speaking God’s Word as a storyteller.

Choir

St. Mary choir leads the assembly in songs that praise God and lift our hearts.

Music is a very important part of St. Mary’s Sunday worship.
